Shipping method and times.

I use USPS to ship my artwork and prints. Shipments go out every Thursday or Friday of the week. At this time international shipping is depending on the cost to ship. Please contact me if you want to know what it may cost to ship an item.

Returns, refunds and exchanges?

If any print(s) is damaged in shipping I will send out a replacement. Documentation/pictures of damage is required .

Original artwork damaged in shipping can be returned and refunded, but must be shipped back.

Returns, refunds or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. After that, all sales are final.

Conditions of return:

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Commissioned, Custom or personalized art?

Due to the nature of commissioned, custom or personalized art, I do not accept returns or exchanges and all sales are final. Time frame of commissioned art will be discussed after purchase. Please understand original artwork takes time so order in advance if needed by a specific time. If you have questions on average times, please contact me.

cancellations?

I will accept cancellations within 48 hours of purchase.

Customs and import taxes.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
